When we refer to “Thai Country Homes,” “we,” “us,” or “our” on this Site, we mean TCH Hua Hin Co., Ltd. and, where context requires, the group of companies above. Why we share: If you choose to use our legal partner for the standard Sales & Construction Contract, Land Lease, and Maintenance Agreement (a saving of up to 70,000 Baht). You are free to use any lawyer of your choosing; we receive no payment for referrals. - Service providers
Why we share: Our website hosting provider, email service provider, and analytics partners, who process data on our instructions under contractual obligations of confidentiality and security. - Legal and regulatory authorities
Why we share: If required to do so by law, court order, or government regulation in the Kingdom of Thailand or any other applicable jurisdiction.
7. How Long We Retain Your Data
We will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected it, including any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
- Enquiry data (where no purchase proceeds): Up to 2 years from your last communication with us.
- Purchase and transaction data: For the duration of your lease, plus any period required by Thai law for contractual and tax records.
- Comment data (if you leave a comment on our blog): Indefinitely, so we can recognise and auto-approve follow-up comments.
- Technical and usage data (analytics): As determined by our analytics platform (typically 14–26 months).
When the retention period expires, your data will be securely deleted or anonymised.
